HERONS, JABIRU, BITTERNS, IBIS & EGRETS.

Below is a list of herons, jabiru, bitterns, ibis and egrets that occur in the Maningrida/Liverpool River region. The names in bold indicate the birds that Dick Eussen recorded in a four day period in September 2005. The species recorded were all within 50km radius from the Lodge and its surrounds.
